Signing out ends this session immediately. It does not affect your other devices — sign out on each one you no longer use.

Transaction PIN

Required for every action that moves money. Separate from your password on purpose.

Five wrong attempts locks it for fifteen minutes. That is what stops somebody with your unlocked phone guessing it.

What you have agreed to

We keep a record of which version of each document you agreed to, and when. You can see it here.

Your data

You can download everything we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it.

Erasure

Ask us to erase your data and a person will action it. Some of it we are required by law to keep for a period after your account closes — that is listed below, and it is deleted automatically when the period ends.
